A Good Breakfast

A way to start my day. Heavy breakfast really suited for my schedules today. Jogging early in the morning then my heavy breakfast. Then make a little rest then freshen up.
Open the email check the work updates of my group mates. Make some temporary research paper for a while and wait at the reply. After getting the response its time to work on my own. Make some adjustments and rewriting. Organize all the informations and data you have gathered.
